Link CTAs to Customer Goals directly from Cockpit (instead of always going to Customer Goals)
At the moment, CTAs under Customer Goals need to be created or linked from the Customer Goals tab. We find this process to be too much clicking and syncing. Therefore, we propose for the ability to link CTAs to Customer Goals directly from Cockpit or Gainsight Home Cockpit widget, so everything can be done in one place.
