Manually Prioritize Articles for Search Results

Related products: CC Community

We have high priority content that we would like to surface as the first result when users search for specific terms. For example, if someone searches “onboarding” we want to make sure that our “Onboarding Guide” is the first article that shows up.

Due to the algorithm, there are sometimes other articles that show up before our top priority content. This could be because the other articles are longer, have the keyword more, were updated more recently, have more views due to marketing efforts, etc.

It would be great if we could mark content as “high priority” and have it show as the top result if certain keywords match. This would ensure that users are getting the best content for them.
