Add the functionality that allows admins to pull usage of the Customer Cheet Sheet feature within our org, either via Report Builder or other means.

+5Hi all - I was struggling with this too but found that the Gainsight360 contains Cheat Sheet usage information, so I did a little write-up about how to use that. Still agree that this data should be more easily accessible in Report Builder, perhaps as part of the GS Asset Usage Tracking object, but this is at least a solution for now.
I'm pleased to share that the Cheatsheet Usage Report for C360 and R360 is live as of today. You can access it here:
- US1 customers: Available in G360 — search for "Cheatsheet Usage Report"
- US2 and EU customers: Available via Share360
I've attached a screenshot for reference. Please let me know if this helps.
