I confirmed with support and it is currently not possible to update the recipients of a report shared by email. You need to stop sharing and create a new list to add or remove a recipient. Having the option to just modifiy recipients in the existing list would be a nice improvement.

I don't understand why Gainsight moved the option to remove a recipient from an existing shared report. It's frustrating to have to stop sharing and create a new list just to add or remove a recipient. Why change something that wasn't broken in the first place?
This is such a frustrating Admin experience. When you look at the reports, the name(s) of persons you’re sharing the report with have an “x” next to their name, making one believe that they can, indeed, remove a person. You could argue that these names are greyed out, and that should be clear enough - but if that’s the case - remove the “x”.
As an org that frequently has people switching between various teams, stopping a shared report, and starting over to add or remove participants is a ridiculous waste of time.
Ugh, yes. Huge pain point whenever a report (or group of reports) needs to be updated to add/remove one individual.
