Only allowing one CTA type of Objective in a Success Plan is super limiting.

 

That means every objective has have the same field layout and status options regardless of the goal of the Success Plan.

 

For example, we have a success plan for our customer KPI’s and Goals, and another Success Plan type for an audit of our customer’s instance with recommendations. These are different reasons and have some different data points we want to capture. These are very different angles, but have a long term timeline that make sense to have them grouped to a Success Plan

 

With the KPI we want the starting value, target value, and ending value but we do not need those on the Recommendation.

 

On the Recommendation, we want to show LOE and Implementation Difficulty, but do not need that for a KPI tracking. We also want a status for “Closed Not Implemented” or “Closed Implemented”. These do not make sense for a KPI

We will be working on allowing more CTA Types in Success Plan in the next couple of quarters. I will keep you posted on the progress we make on this.

Its in our medium term roadmap. Admin will be able to configure multiple CTA types for each success plan type. Monica will keep you posted on the progress
