It would be beneficial if Admins had the ability to set the default column set up / view for specific Success Plan types.

Use Case:
We offer a specific Success Plan type for our CSMs. In this SP,  there is a certain field on the CTA Objectives that helps determine how to approach the CTA and how it appears in the Snapshot. While we can train the CSMs to add a column for this field to the Objective CTA tab, the ideal functionality would be that an Admin could set it so the default view for this Success Plan type always includes that field as a column.

Hello @sami.burk, thank you for your detailed post, having this looked into by our Product Manager who will get back at the earliest.

Absolutely agree. Setting a default view for all the users would be very valuable.

Any update on this? This would also be helpful for our org!

@anirbandutta this was supposed to have been looked into by a PM a year ago but no response. May you please have this addressed? The Success Plan revamp was a long time ago, the fact that admins still don’t have the ability to create custom Objective views is disappointing.

@anirbandutta also this post looks like a duplicate that could be merged. Thx!

Thanks @darkknight … looping in @mpatra on this thread.

Having the ability to create multiple Admin Defined List Views on a Success Plan would save my team of user a lot of time and increased productivity. I need to be able to surface relationship level data under the Success Plan for them at a list view level. Please look into this functionality!

@mpatra may you please advise on where this is on the roadmap?

Hi @darkknight ,

This is slotted after the Admin redesign project as we have some technical dependencies. We will pick it up as soon as we wrap up the ongoing development of the new Admin experience in Success Plan and Cockpit.

Thanks,

Monica

Just came across this today. Why is there not parity with Cockpit views where you can add whatever fields you want from both the CTA object and the Company object? To only be limited to a dozen or so fields is crazy. We’re having to build a dashboard with a list of success plans because of this inexplicable limitation (e.g. can’t even show ARR in the Success Plan list view).
