Our customer courses run for 4-week (or other duration) intervals to allow for participants to be assigned to a live trainer who responds to their activities and questions. It would be nice to be able to let people purchase a course for a future start date and then have their enrollment automatically enabled on that date. Then, 4 weeks later (or whatever the designated end date is) unenrolled automatically.

Hi @lhooper - we’ve got a few options available that can help you ensure that your learners only have access to content for a specified amount of time. A couple options I can recommend that are available today:

  • Workflows - we have a powerful workflow builder embedded into the CE application that can be used to automate most of the actions available in the CE product. If you don’t have this enabled on your account, please reach out to your CSM
  • Webhooks & APIs - our robust developer tools allow programmatic access to most (if not all) the actions & data available inside the CE product as well. These can be used with our native workflow builder (above), 3rd party automation tools (like Zapier, etc), or in conjunction with other platforms/integrations as well - if I recall, you folks rely heavily on Salesforce...I think they also offer some workflow capabilities, etc.
