Set Activity Type to default.

While logging emails using Outlook plugin,
We have a few requests that the default activity type should be set to Email as stated in document.


We have been suggested to raise community post for the use case to be taken up as enhancement. 

To me this is critical to this functionality being useful and not impacting the reps in a negative way. I’m curious why this is being treated as an enhancement when it is not working as expected / communicated according to the release documentation you’ve linked above. Shouldn’t this be treated as a bug?
