HI Team,
Currently in Customer Journey Widget the Milestones and Key dates are not sorted together and hence even though Key Date value is having a earlier date ( eg: 15-Apr-2024 ) when compare with milestone ( eg: 23-Apr-2024 ) we are still showing the milestone first and then followed by Key date.

Appspace reached out to Gainsight support that this is confusing and would need the details sorted for a better UI experience.
+1! The UI is confusing, even with the grouping; It doesn't make sense visually. The marker should be placed at the first occurrence of the event, rather than in a fixed position unrelated to the actual timeline.
The good news is that now at least this limitation is called out in the documentation
