PX admins can assign role-based access, but otherwise, have little to no insight into PX user activity to measure PX adoption and better understand how our internal users are utilizing the PX application. It would be very helpful to surface the PX usage data, similar to what we have in Gainsight 360 via Gainsight CS, as this is currently a blind spot.

Understanding where our PX users are spending their time and having insight into their activities helps PX admins to manage PX access and licensing, better assist with PX user needs, and measure PX adoption.

+1!

Me again… As this continues to be a pain point, I’m providing additional context and clarity to my original idea in hopes of helping this gain traction:

As noted above, Gainsight PX currently lacks a feature equivalent to Gainsight CS’s Gainsight 360, which provides admins with insights into how internal users engage with the platform. While PX excels at tracking customer behavior, it offers no tools for monitoring internal usage beyond basic login data. This creates a significant product parity gap and limits admins’ ability to understand and drive adoption within their org.

Without a feature like Gainsight 360, PX admins cannot:

  1. Monitor how often and in what ways internal users engage with key PX features.
  2. Identify usage trends to support training or adoption efforts.
  3. Detect underutilization or highlight champions among internal users.

Introducing a internal usage and adoption dashboard or reference for PX, similar to Gainsight 360, would be a significant enhancement that would empower PX admins with the ability to:

  1. Track internal user activities such as engagement with Journey Analytics, in-app engagements, or PX campaigns.
  2. Measure feature adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. View user-specific and aggregated data on usage patterns over time.
