We’re rolling out ideation to our employees and partners first, then opening it up to customers. I’d like the ability to give customers read-only access to ideas. Ideally, we’d be able to tier idea permissions like the rest of the community:

Ability to see

Ability to like/vote

Ability to create new ideas

Updated idea status NewOpen

Hello @Kgastaldo thanks a lot for creating this idea for your proposal. it will allow it to gather some votes and help us prioritize it. 


I would like to throw my hat in the ring and say that we are looking for this exact functionality. The “all or nothing” approach to providing access to different community areas is not useful for our needs.
