Hi Evan, I'd like to figure out if there's a way to have the NPS pop up in the product? We're have a very low response rate to our NPS and I need to boost that fast. Would also like to discover some best practices related to that.

Hi Evan, I would like to add another survey question. We have created a single NPS survey with 3 questions. At the end of the 3 questions, the customer can submit the survey or say yes to answering more questions about our product. The product survey is rather long and I am afraid that if the customer quits the survey before the end we lose the replies to the initial part of the survey. I understand that we probably need to create 2 separate surveys to address this issue. So, my question is how do we link to a second survey from the first? Thanks for you help.
