Good morning
I create a data design to be able to identify last activity date (latest EBR date specifically) as we discussed in the last call i was on, but unfortunately it is not working as expected (I must have missed something in the build). Would appreciate going through it together to identify the problem if time permits. thanks.

Scott,

Since moving to Gainsight NXT - is it possible to view All GS Users Timeline Activities in a Draft status?

Thank you,

Di

Hi @sdrostgainsightcom

I’m looking for the best way to calculate weighted averages based on aggregated data. To unpack that some:

  • I want to understand license utilization, and for each Company, I have data on the number of licenses sold, and the number in use.
  • I can very easily calculate a per-customer utilization with a Calculated field.
  • But I also want to aggregate utilization on other Company variables, such as Industry, Segment, Region, etc.
  • I should not use the AVG of the Company values, because customers might be different sizes, and I want to add the licenses sold and the number in use first, then calculate the Utilization.
  • I know it’s possible with Data Designer or new Objects + Rules to populate, but I want to learn if there are more scalable solutions.

I’ll come with some sample data and a more thorough explanation of the use case.

Scott,

Running CTA Rule for NPS responses - Promoter, Passive, Detractor within Gainsight NXT - not receiving results.

**Note it’s been a while since NPS responses have been imported into Gainsight NXT from a 3rd party.

Thank you,

Di
