Happy New Year.
Need some help with some timeline entries not pulling into a report despite matching all filters applied.
Thank you .
Happy New Year, Scott,
I am reposting the question I had a few weeks ago:
Hope you are doing well! I am looking to understand the error message “Look up for RecordType field cannot be resolved”. We implemented Renewal Center in summer 2023 and have been troubleshooting a few workflow issues between our Salesforce instance and Gainsight. There used to be a different record type name several years ago in the opportunity object but that name was removed and now we have Renewal Center and ran into data sync issues between the SFDC Opportunity Object and the GS Opportunity Object. My hunch is to delete these records in both SFDC and GS but would like to understand from your POV. Thanks so much!
Talk soon!
Hi Scott. Happy New Year!
Needing some guidance on how to build a table report with unique stats for each Email Template name. We’re looking to have field/columns such as Email Sent Count, Email Delivered Count, Email Open Count, Delivered %, Open Rate %, and more. I'm currently using the "Email Log V2" object.
In addition to properly showing the counts, some calculations for the rates are needed, which I assume will require adding formula fields, however I'm not doing something correctly here either.
If helpful as a visual, as a dummy example, something like the attached screenshot (from Excel) is what we'd ideally like to do. Thanks!
*Apologies if this goes through twice, but I submitted the request below earlier with an attachment. My attachment may have pushed this to moderator review status. In case it doesn’t show up prior to the Office Hours call, the text from my request is below:
