The webinar focused on the seamless integration between Gainsight’s Product Request feature and Aha!, a roadmap and project planning software. This integration enables customer-facing teams to directly feed customer feedback into the product roadmap, allowing product teams to prioritize and act on requests efficiently.

Customer Success Managers can log product requests in Gainsight, which are automatically synced with Aha!, ensuring no data is lost and reducing manual processes. The product team can then prioritize requests based on business impact and customer demand, with real-time updates visible to both teams.

The workflow streamlines communication, improves decision-making, and enhances transparency, as both teams can track the status of each request. This integration helps teams close the feedback loop by notifying customers about the progress or implementation of their requested features, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and ensuring that feedback drives product development.
