I’m doing a POC on the recommended content feature. After I configured recommended content, I see that the user gets separate tabs for engagements, articles, and links. However, I don’t see how to add links to recommended content.

How do you add links? I am prompted to search for engagements and articles.

 

Strange … When I edit my recommended content and type in the search, it is returning links for me to add. Is this a feature that needs to be enabled for individual Gainsight PX clients?


@JayS I first set up recommended content before I added links. And I believed the prompt, which says “Search for Articles & Engagements”. But now that I have links, when I click in the field, I see the links.  I guess the prompt could be more clear, so thanks!
