We have a new product that we are setting up with Gainsight PX and have a challenge. This product allows a user to have access to multiple accounts simultaneously. By this I mean that the user is registered separately with each of the accounts as a valid user. Then when the user logs into our product they are actually logged into each of the associated accounts simultaneously. Our product UI then gives the user access to all of their data from the various account sources.

Our big question is how to allocate this user’s activity. Are we able to list multiple accounts that this user is associated with and allow Gainsight to report them as being part of each of the accounts? Or must we select a single account to tie the user to, which would leave the usage numbers at the other accounts lower than actual?

So how might we address this 1 user to manny accounts setup?

Hi @Ashton

Thank you for posting on Gainsight community.

@link_black has shared an explanation on similar approach asked earlier.

Also another work around would be passing the accessing accounts info using Global context. This can help you build reports in QB, adding an example based on “version” below, where we build report based on session init and group by global context version which would give each version with users info.

Hope this helps!
