Would be great to have Gainsight JO have the ability to adjust case formatting of customer names by using the equivalent of the ‘proper’ function from excel before sending out the emails

Thanks for the feedback Sasha. Is this limited to Customer (Account) names that are potentially used as tokens in a JO email? Thx

My comment was particularly related to First & Last names of people when they are used as tokens.

Having a Proper Case formula field would be very beneficial in ensuring Program emails sent on behalf of a CSM look as close to accurate as possible.
