When the CSMs use Copilot to send emails, Gainsight automatically syncs a task back to SFDC, which is awesome! I noticed that the Subject of the copilot task in SFDC is always ‘Outreach:’, but I am wondering if there is any other tag or field created that we could use in Salesforce to identify these Copilot outreach tasks created by Gainsight?

Thats a nice idea. Will add it to backlog.
How does the tag help?

Had another customer request something like this today. They wanted to be able to customize it a bit instead of starting with Outreach.
Our use case here would be that when the Co-Pilot outreaches log in SF as tasks they all contain 'Outreach:' at the start in the subject line, so the same issue as Chris mentioned above.
This is causing confusion to users in SFDC because we also recently rolled out another program called 'Outreach', which is being used by our Sales teams. So people aren't able to tell quickly if the task was via Gainsight or via this Outreach program. It would be great if we could customize the subject line of the CoPilot outreach that logs in SFDC, instead of saying "Outreach:" we could just have something like "CoPilot:" or "Gainsight Email:".
