CoPilot Survey Smart List for surveys - Rule Criteria dates

In the Survey "Add Participants" section of the Surveys object, you can select a criteria "Rule Date equals Current + Quarter(s)" which allows you to schedule surveys on a quarterly basis.

In the CoPilot smartlist tool, you cannot do this.

The question is: can we use the Surveys "add participants" list to send surveys, when using CoPilot or do we have to create a "smart list" in CoPilot?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, please find below answers to the questions you asked above.
    First Question:
    You can schedule survey to send it quarterly using Co-pilot, In Outreach execution screen you can setup up Schedule to send out outreach, click on date on which you want to send outreach and in pop-over select one time. 
    However I have added request to product backlog for giving Quarterly option in scheduler.
    Second Question:
    No, we cannot use Add Participants feature from Survey when using co-pilot for sending out surveys, We need to create smart list in co-pilot. you can make nature of this Smart list dynamic or static based on requirements and conditions.
