Does anyone have automatic scores set up based on CoPilot analytics?  If so, what logic are you using? I'm curious to see what others have done.

We are working on this in our org as well and have bee told there are two different methods. They are both outlined in this post: How do you pull CoPilot analytics into your scorecard?

Hope that helps!

Hi Greg,

We have a very basic Scorecard set around this. If I remember correctly, we've configured it like this:

Green = account has >= 50 opens across all Copilot emails we've sent to that account in past 30 days

Yellow = account has <50 and >0 opens across all Copilot emails we've sent in past 30 days

Red = account have 0 opens across al Copilot emails we've sent in past 30 days.
