What does [i]Empty 'From' Name mean in a CoPilot execution summary spreadsheet?

    Hi Will, Could you explain this use case in more detail?  I don't entirely follow what you are trying to say. 
    We don't display 'From' Name in Execution Summary.Below are the details we display in Execution Summary.


    If possible could you please post a screenshot,it would be easy for us to understand.

    No problem, so it's here in the 'Failed records' tab that I'm looking. It doesn't seem to pull through 'customer success manager name' even though this is listed in Salesforce...
