Does anyone know if there is a way to obscure tabs on the Navigation menu?
I want to remove the Engagement, CoPilot, NPS and Survey tabs for my end users as they have no need for these. Is that possible?

+9Yup! As far as I know, there are two places you can adjust tabs for all users:
In the Profile: https://cl.ly/023p0Z2z2C1D

I made those screencaptures when describing to the Gainsight documentation crew that adding the Timeline tab requires doing both, but you should be able to just do one of them to get a tab to disappear. <fingers crossed>
If [i]you want to keep the tabs personally, I imagine that you would keep them available in the Gainsight App section, but set them to Hidden in other users' Profile(s). I am guessing that "Hidden" would [i]override any tab customizations that those users would have, versus setting them to "Default Off", which seems like it would allow the tab to stay available for users who had customized their tabs.
