JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone who has experience successfully implementing and launching an online user community. This person will lead, guide, and enable the vision of the Cloudbeds user community.  This person knows where to start, how to execute this large initiative, how to get buy-in from stakeholders across the company, and how to demonstrate and measure its success.  As the Community Manager, you will work together with multiple departments to promote effective communication, and collaboration and increase the impact of Cloudbeds products.  The Community Manager will set the tone and be the voice of Cloudbeds.  Through community support, moderation, content distribution, and digital engagement, the community manager will build brand presence, foster trust, and positively impact retention and advocacy goals.
