The expanded set of customers that were affected were notified by Salesforce on Nov 21st. Based on the list provided by Salesforce, we have reached out to these customers directly as well.

The Gainsight Connected App within Salesforce is currently inactive, which is causing disruption to several capabilities that require a live Salesforce connection. Engineering and Product leadership are actively engaged and treating this as a P1 customer-critical incident. Investigation and restore paths are in progress.What’s Impacted:Any function that depends on reading from or writing to Salesforce is affected. This includes:Connector data sync Rules, Data Designer, and Reports that touch Salesforce objects Cockpit, Timeline, Journey Orchestrator, Renewal Center Mobile & Plugin login via Salesforce GS Assist Metadata retrieval (object listing/describing)”Pulling or pushing data from Salesforce, and referencing Salesforce metadata, are the core areas impacted.What’s Not Impacted:You can still sign in via Salesforce. Hi everyone, quick update on some maintenance and engineering work that we will start here very soon.  The Gainsight Community has been around for more than ten years, and in that time a lot of old content has accumulated.  In every community, it’s just a matter of time before you have to do some clean-up - and that generally means archiving.Our focus in the coming weeks will be Ideas.  We currently have 12,000 of them, many very old, outdated and with a low number of votes (fun fact: our oldest Idea is from February 2015!).  That kind of volume has an impact on search for all members, and makes it increasingly difficult for our Product teams to maintain an overview of important and popular ideas and close the feedback loop on them.  To make this work as low-risk and transparent as possible, we will move archived Ideas into a d
