We are looking for a talented Gainsight Admin to join Contentsquare, WW leader in Digital Experience Analytics.
We are a 120+ people Customer Success team with high growth and ambition. The Gainsight Admin role would be to maintain and adapt the platform to our new processes. The current projects notably include creating a new health score, adapting our instance to multi-products management, creating a new forecasting process.
The position can be based in one of our offices in North America or EMEA (New York, London, Paris, Munich, Tel Aviv) or full remote.
