Last week, we hosted a small webinar to inSpire you around offering your users personalized experiences on your community. We had Thomas Pel (Channel Manager Communities, KPN) as a guest, who showed us a number of really interesting examples of customization and personalization which he is using on the community.
I personally found the example of the in-community escape room really inspiring, but he also shows ways to customize the user experience to drive visitor conversion, to increase registrations and content creation.
