I can drill down to Content Overview from Published In > Groups (your group) but when I want to pull a report of the same, Does Content Export exclude content from Groups?
I was hoping to be able to filter it to specific Groups (Ok to be termed as Categories for now)?

The topic export includes group content.
The data is in the subforum_title column.
If you use the Export Raw Data from the Content Dashbaord, that for sure has Articles published in Groups included, BUT you need to know the category id (its in the url) to determine the groups.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
