I can see how to change the error.403 text in Phrases section , but what about the 400 error text?

We’ve created a ticket regarding this error page, as it is not a standard error page. The Dev team is investigating this further. At this time, you can not customize the error 400 page because it should not normally occur and is most likely related to the SSO set up.

FWIW, I was able to set the title and text on of this now using the following
Title:
Module: Forum
Key: error.400.title
Body:
Module: Forum
Key: error.400
I found this after using SSO to create a new account, then on the “set username” page I waited 5-10 minutes, then I tried to submit it (probably a form token expired). Then I saw the error tags
