I created a phrase for our Support Contact information so I won’t need to change it in multiple places if the details change, but I can’t see how to insert the phrase into the body of a post. Does anyone know the trick? It’s definitely not curly brackets.

I’m afraid this isn’t possible if memory serves. I suspect you’re thinking about BBCode, but this has been deprecated on the inSided platform and should ideally not be used anymore, since it’s not guaranteed to continue working in the future.
