Hi, 

my colleage have a problem with log in, Username - Alena.Bondarenko.

She cannot log in with her existing username and password. Also, a password reset email does not come.

Can you check, pls.

In our logs I don’t see a password reset email being sent out, so I would like to ask you to check with your colleague if she used the same email address as the one linked to her account. To be able to share more details on this, I would kindly ask you to send an email to support@insided.com.
