Help please.
Not the first time, my moderator write me about problem with best answer. Earlier, just moderator or I choose the Best answer. But now it do someone else. Can you show me where I see this settings?

Who can mark a “Best answer”:
- the person who posted the question
- Administrators, Community managers and moderators
- user with the primary role “Super User”
- everyone with access to Control Panel

What if we only want people from the backend to be able to mark a best answer? Is there a way to not allow the person that asked the question to do this?

Unfortunately I don’t think this is possible and it technically defeats the purpose of the Best Answer feature, as well as acting like a massive community wrecker. You could consider adding this as an Idea though.
However, once a Best Answer is initally assigned to a thread, only Moderators and above can re-assign it.
