The Gainsight NXT release is live for EU customers, and will be available for US NXT customers on June 6, and SFDC edition customers on June 9. These dates are aligned with our new 6-week release cadence. (NXT release calendar & SFDC edition calendar)

Highlights of this release include:

  • Import solutions and assets from Sightline Vault to get up and running in Gainsight faster.

  • Use the new Company Merge feature to merge two companies into a single master company record, and choose which values to store and/or aggregate.

  • Control Scorecard measure weight calculations and create exceptions at the group level, all while enjoying the new Horizon Experience.

  • Take action faster in the Renewal Center with dynamic filters for forecast periods, drill downs on the Analyze tab, and more!

Hi there -- we noticed that a fix was deployed for CTA colors to now show up in reporting. This is great as it’s something we’ve asked for. However, I don’t see any mention of this in the release notes. Is there a reason this slipped through, and is there anything else that was deployed that didn’t get reflected in the release notes? 

Hi @hpritchard The CTA colors item was deployed as part of a hot fix and is being documented in our 6.15.X patch release notes, which will be available on 6/18 for NXT and 6/19 for SFDC edition. Hot fixes can go out at any time, and we don’t necessarily get notified of their contents immediately.
