Hi,
Our CSMs often record calls and have asked if it's possible to attach these to Timeline. I see that .jpg,.jpg,.gif,.png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx, txt, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx are available file formats. Is there a plan to add mp4 or m4a on the roadmap? I understand there may be an issue with file size (currently at 30 MBs if IIRC) but it'd still be beneficial to be able to upload the smaller files for recordkeeping.

What system/tool does your team use to record calls? The reason I ask is that most of the online recording tools I've seen allow you to either download the file or share a link to the recording (stored in the cloud).
Could you simply paste the link to the recording in the Timeline entry? This would reduce storage capacity concerns in cases where the recording is large or when you might have other documents that you would also want to attach.
