Question

Ability to extend the character limit on rich text field especially on Success Plan object

On behalf of customer,  on success plan object, there are several rich text fields that are editable by end users. Ability to increase the Max Character Length of some of Success Plan fields (which were set at 200 characters).

    Customer has reached back to support requesting to increase the character limit on the fields. Could you please confirm if this is achievable from the back-end?

        Hi,

         

        There are 3 RTE fields that we ship out of the box on the Success Plan object and they have a limit of 15000 which has been decided and i feel that should work. I guess here we are talking of a custom field whose limit was initially set as 200 and that can be changed from Admin → Success Plan → Fields on SP
