Is there a way to pull a report of customers who have no CTAs? I want to be able to alert CSMs to these customers.
Hi,

Below are the steps to be followed to populate the count of customers with no CTAs .



Step 1: Create a numeric field on the CustomerInfo object.





Step 2: Create a rule to get the count of open CTAs . Please change the below filter as per your requirement .



Step 3: Map the newly created field with the count of CTA names and run the rule.



Step 4 : Create a report on the CustomerInfo object  with the below filter.
