I have been sharing links to dashboards with members of my organization but it seems that the only way for them to view the dashboards is if they are granted Super Admin status.

Is there an alternate way to allow users to view the dashboards but not have access to edit?  They are currently on full licenses.

@mmorano make sure the Dashboard Permissions are Public so that other team members who are not admins can view it! https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Reports_and_Dashboards/Admin_Guides/Dashboard_Permissions#Dashboard_Permissions_(Single_Dashboard)

Hi @gunjanm ,

This makes sense but our stakeholder could not view anything after logging in.  He had a 404 page and couldn’t access the platform including the side menu.

Thanks,

Melissa

@mmorano do their permissions include the Home permission? The very first one under the Navigation section (in NXT).

@mmorano did the comments posted by @gunjanm helped? Please let us know if you need any help.

@mmorano We need your inputs.

Do these stake Holder only see Timeline? It could be that they just have view licenses. You can check the below for sharing the Dashboard with View users.

@mmorano

As Gunjan mentioned, you have to give the user permission to view the dashboard too after sharing it as a link. If this is not working, I recommend reaching out to the support team.
