Can you modify the Activity Type: Meeting?

Our CCO is looking for these changes:

1. Remove Duration

2. Move up Meeting Type

3. Add a manual health score measure

Hi James,

You can edit the Meeting Activity Type in Admin > Activities & Timeline > General Settings.



This article gives more info on how to create custom activity types as well as edit existing activity types.

Hi Lila-

Thanks for the answer. We have deployed different Meeting types and activity types.

What our CCO is asking for is to modify the Meeting Timeline Activity.

Remove Duration

Move up Meeting Type



Is this modification possible?

It looks like "no", because the OOTB fields can't be re-ordered or removed. :(
