I was working with a customer and discussing the changes that Horizon Analytics can provide, and one of the asks was:
- If you don’t have a person/CSM global filter on a dashboard, is there a way to preview a dashboard as a specific person, or see a specific users dashboard roster
- I’m not aware of a way to do this - in standard dashboards, if you hit preview it will show you a dashboard, but you are unable to “preview as”
Being on Gainsight Support I am a bit spoiled because I am able to login as another user (provided they’ve granted access), so understand the utility of this ask, and I wanted to be sure to setup a post for Jim/Infotech to be able to further detail his request.
