Advanced Outreach Power List Refresh

We are running our first advanced outreach for onboarding new customers, and I'm trying to understand how the power list refresh works. The power list currently has all the accounts that received their delivery yesterday with a daily refresh cadence. Now we want customers with low usage to receive emails after a defined period. The original power list gets updated daily though, so I am confused if the original pool would still run through the logic of conditional wait and emails based on number of days after delivery. Or the power lists are dynamic and would keep on changing the contacts to only those that received the delivery yesterday? Would appreciate help here!

Hi Sarah, the way the powerlist refresh works with Advanced Outreaches is that the refresh cadence that you configure will search for all contacts that fit your criteria and then enroll them in the advanced outreach (minding your uniqueness criteria and filters). Once they are enrolled in the Advanced Outreach, they will proceed through the path you defined until they complete the journey.
