Advanced Outreach sent in batches

We're planning to send NPS survey using advance outreach and currently the total number of recipients is around 50,000. We'd like to break down the list and send weekly to each group - this gives some time to respond.

Q1: Are there any limitations of the number of recipients per outreach?
Q2: Do we have to create different Outreach for each group or there's a way to have GS break down the list and send weekly to each group?

    Hi,

    There are no limitations with respect to number of recipients per advanced outreach. You should be able to add 50k participants and proceed with the advanced outreach. Let us know if you face any issues.

    We faced a similar challenge this past summer. We solved it by using a PowerList to populate the AO and limit to specific "Account Name" starts with a given letter. We began with accounts that started with the letter "A". Once those were sent, we added an "OR" statement to the PowerList for Account Name starts with "B". And so on.

    It's not the prettiest solution, but it allowed us to (mostly) control the flow of these going out. However, I agree a built in thing would be nice.
