Is there a way to receive an alert/email when an account is Null? If so, how would I go about executing that?

Thanks!

Can you elaborate more on how are you defining a NULL account?

Hi @MelissaC  As @SaifSN we’d need to know what you mean by “null” account as that sounds contradictory.

But if you want an alert whenever a field is null, such as the SFDC Account ID, you’d simply create a rule filtered on Field = null to generate a CTA or a JO to send out an email. You’d also bring in your recipient as a GSID (and email if needed) in your data set.

However, from a CSOps perspective, I’d recommend having a dashboard of these cases so you can monitor these problems as a whole and not have to deal with different CTAs to fix these things.

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
