I just discovered yesterday that I apparently cannot have a CTA Reason with the same System Name as a Milestone.  It gives me an error in both directions.

Existing CTA Reason, try to create Milestone Reason:

If I delete or change the name of the CTA Reason, I can create the Milestone.

Existing Milestone Reason, try to create CTA Reason:

If I delete or change the name of the Milestone, I can then create the CTA Reason.

Since these are located in separate areas of the tool, it would seem these should be independent of one another, but I cannot find in the documentation any explanation that there is a relationship between the two. It would be good if these two documents could be updated to reflect this:

Under Call to Action Reason: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/CTAS_Tasks_and_Playbooks/Admin_Configuration/02_...

Adding a New Milestone: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Configure_...

But I am submitting this as an IDEA, because In order to keep things simple, we would like to be able to have Milestones that correllate to the same name as a CTA Reason without having to tag them separately, i.e. Dashboard Review - CTA, Dashboard Review - MS
Jeff-

The technical reason is that we actually store all of these values in the same object called PickList (and allows us to have you not need SFDC permissions to add/modify them).  You should change the SystemName (this is not the label) to make them unique.  This field is required to be unique within this object.
Ok thanks. Can the documentation be updated to make this clear?
