UI enhancement:
If you try and save a rule task that has a filter with a missing operator, the rule title is ambiguous and does NOT indicate EXACTLY why the task can not be saved.
It seems as though this can be an easy fix.

You are right, we can make these messages more actionable. While we work on it - one thing is we are taking a more holistic and forward looking approach here and this would take a while than if we only fix one message.
