Assign Tasks to Different Owners in Success Plan/Objective CTAs

Is there a way to assign tasks to different owners when creating Objective CTAs in a Success Plan using Horizon Rules? The playbook allows me to select different task owners but, when I create the CTAs, all of the tasks are still owned by the same owner instead of following the assignments in the playbook.

Thanks @romihache for your response.  It seems because I was in the test environment one of the users I wanted to assign to was inactive.  Once, I activated the user, I was able to assign without issue according to the task assignments in my playbooks.😀

Hi  @RGrieco
That’s weird...Just in case, I tested with a rule on my end and everything worked as expected: the tasks without a pre-defined user were assigned to the CSM, and the others with a use defined by lookup (CSM/Secondary CSM) or to a static user (myself) were also assigned correctly:

Can you try replacing the playbook with the same playbook in the Templates Configuration section? If that does the trick, it could be a metadata issue…
Hope this helps to troubleshoot but I would reach out to support anyway, this is not normal.
