Has anyone created some show-stopping Reports or Layouts which detail CTA analytics? For example, the number opened, closed, by CSM, by type, etc.
I have configured several Reports and Layouts but I'm curious what anyone else has done.

As of now, Vault contains playbooks, surveys, and CoPilot templates. Rules and reports will be coming out in May, so we will have a ton of good content for you then (including on CTA analytics)!
Rule templates are available in Vault now, and Reports are coming in July!
Matthew: We have a few layouts/dashboards devoted to just CTAs. We also have CSM dashboards where we place a few CTA related reports on those dashboards.
Some of the metrics we track/manage are:
- close rate per CSM per time period.
- closed but overdue
- closed per status - we have a more elaborate set of closed status which help us determine if CTAs are either working and/or need more or less time to complete.
- closed within the allotted time
- closed but changed due date
- closed and didtnt change due date
Its all possible, it just depends on what CTA metrics are best for you and your needs. Glad to chat more if you want to ping me
