Hi guys. I’ve created a new exec dashboard and want to use the dashboard share feature for it. For 2 of the execs I want to share it with, when I send the share through the share dashboard link, the dashboard for them is blank - like the Gainsight page but missing the dashboard content. If I share to me at the same time I can see the dashboard fine, and for some others I’ve tested it works for them.
If I try to go to the URL that the execs are seeing as blank it’s blank for me also.
Users all set up the same.
All using Chrome as our browser.
