Is it possible to create a Bounce CTA within a JO Program based on the contact bouncing in the program? And what about the emails that are in the Failed Participant List?
I’m assuming I can catch an email that bounced after the send email by checking if it was sent in the conditional wait?
But what about the contacts that are placed on the Failed Participant list because they are already on the bounce list?

You can create a new program or rules action with failed participants as the source but I understand your use-case and will see how can we make this simpler in the program itself.
