Bug: Dashboard Scorecard Filters Don't Show All Results

When looking at a dashboard, we know, by default, we see 100 results. However, our team frequently filters dashboard scorecard components (for example, by region) to see info that's relevant for them. When they do this, the filter only applies to the 100 results originally displayed- for example, we might have 150 "Corporate" tagged accounts, but if a "Corporate' filter is used directly on the dashboard, only those Corporate accounts on the initial 100 records display (so usually about 30-40).

I've been told we should use the filter icon for better results, and also to upgrade to Scorecards 2.0; we're doing both, but this seems like a bug you might want to know about. Thanks!

Hi Allison,

I heard back that this is working by design and the product team is not making any enhancements to Scorecards 1.0. We encourage you to migrate to Scorecards 2.0 for best results. If you need assistance, please reach out to your COM or support@gainsight.com.

Thanks for your patience!
