Hello all!
Has anyone tried to produce a report that would show accounts per CSM that were not touched (no timeline entries) for a specific period of time (last 60 months for example)?
Of course, I can find the accounts that have had timeline entries in the last 6 months but how can I get the opposite?
Is the only way to use data designer? and merge the list of customers and the timeline object?

So, we created a field on the Company object to store the Last Activity Date. So, I wrote a rule to populate that daily, and then, I can just pull a report where that value is NULL to get the accounts with no activity. Hope that helps!
